Raised in Bendigo, Australia, Daniel Schepisi moved to Melbourne in pursuit of a future career in physics and mathematics. In an unexpected turn of events, that started with a chance TVC audition, Daniel fell in love with acting; and in a bold and unconventional move, left his PhD to complete a full-time acting course at 16th Street.
With Daniel's primary focus on screen acting, he has managed to secure lead roles in such Australian feature films as 'According to Ben Adams' and 'No Two Snowflakes', as well as the lead role in the American feature film 'I, Die'. Recent success has seen a string of TV advertisements added to his portfolio, including prominent Australian brands such as Kmart, Crown, Toyota, Schaivello and HOYTS.
But the screen is not where it ends, with experience in stage and immersive theatre, hosting events, voice over work and with the creation of his own Australian content, he demonstrates industry depth and diversity.
